I just received my order from this company and have to say that I was pleased with how fast they were delivered to me. I wanted to make note that these wall plates do not come with any color matching screws. The screws that I was provided, in the sealed package, are silver in color. The wall plate is white and looks like I would have no issues mounting any jacks in there. I guess I could always paint the screw heads myself, but the description here said they came with color matching screws. Good price, good product, just be careful if you are looking for white screws, because you are not going to get them with this product.

My Panasonic TH50PZ800U (50″ x 32″, 80lbs) fits just fine. I have it mounted slightly off center on the bracket and there is no problem. The bracket is totally hidden by the tv. The arms have socket-like adjusters. There is room to reach behind the tv, loosen the adjusters and then tilt the tv out whenver you need to make a new connection or adjust the angle. I needed to connect new hdmi cables a couple of times and the tilt mount allows you to tilt the bottom of the tv out about 4 inches from the wall, make the connection, then tilt the tv back to the desired viewing angle and re-tighten the adjusters. If you don’t have a really heavy tv, you might be able to tighten the adjusters to the point where it will hold the tv in place but still allow you to tilt the tv without having to loosen and re-tighten the adjusters. However, my tv is too heavy for that.
